The Art of Baking

This project seeks to provide an artistic point of view on both the process of baking and the resulting masterpieces that may come from the baker’s labour. Stripped down to black and white, the project seeks to place the focus on the actions of the baker as well as serving as a means of working around the limitations of shooting in a dark, basement kitchen, so as to preserve the integrity of the shooting process and technical focus given mildly unfavourable variables.
